Today, Nokia announced yet another new edition to the NSeries range of handsets, the Nokia N82. The main focal point on this Nseries handset is imagery. The Nokia N82 features a 5.0 megapixel camera with Xenon flash, autofocus, and a Carl Zeiss lens. The N82 also supports 30 FPS of video capture, which is near VHS quality. The Nokia N82 supports the popular Symbian based platform, Nokia's S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1. With the Nokia N82 you can be connected to the internet at anytime with its brilliant connectivity options. It supports 3G /HSDPA and WiFi for fast data transfer, and it features Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support for stereo headsets. The Nokia N82 measures up a 112mm x 50mm x 17.3mm and weighs only 114g. There is a microSD card slot for expandable memory of up to 8GB. This handset is available in select markets around Europe, but it is due for a UK release at the beginning of 2008.
Personally I like the N82, a lot. It is fast to use, well laid out, well built, some nice touches on design (like having the 3.5mm jack on top of the phone) and I'm confident to say that it will replace the best NSeries phone to date, the N73, as my favoured phone.
