'Music' is the message from Sony Ericsson , with the announcement of the music focused handset that isn't a Walkman phone! The new Sony Ericsson K630i is equipped with HSDPA, offering download speeds of up to 4 times faster than a standard 3G connection. The Ericsson K630i makes use of animated icons that sit on the front screen of the handset, that offer one press access to your favourite websites and applications. Along with the built in RSS reader, the Sony Ericsson K630 is capable of delivering to you the information you want, when you want it. The K630i also has Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync pre-installed, which allows you to mirror your email inbox on your PC and your mobile phone.

As well as having a Music focus, the Sony Ericsson K630i is equipped with a 2.0 mega-pixel digital camera, and has a quick blogging feature that will enabled you quickly upload photos to your blog or online service. Take a photo, blog it, and share it online with friends and family, or send the picture via email, MMS or postcard.

The K630i also comes with a 256MB Memory Stick Micro card in the box with support for up to a 4GB memory card (optional extra). With Mobile Broadband HSDPA, the K630i is capable of downloading full-length music tracks in 14 seconds! That's up to four times faster than an average regular 3G phone. To make things easier still, the K630 features a dedicated music key to help you navigate all of those songs.

The phone features an in-built Media Browser, meaning that there is just one location on the K630's menu to launch the music player, video player or photo gallery, and so access all of your in-phone content. The K630 comes complete with new Media Manager software in-box to let you easily move your favourite music, photos, videos and more between your PC and your phone. Music tracks or video clips will be automatically converted into phone-friendly formats and creating playlists or adding album artwork to your tracks is simple.
