It has been announced that the new Sony Xperia S will be available on Orange, O2 and Three. Vodafone customer will be left disappointed as the network has confirmed that they have no plans to offer the Xperia S smartphone to their customers, but this could change in the coming weeks.
The Sony Xperia S was announced at the Consumer Electronics Show this week, and I must say that it is a lovely looking Smartphone. I didn't think it would make a difference, but the drop of the text 'Ericsson' from the name has given the Smartphone a certain new and refreshing twist. This will actually be the first Sony-branded phone to reach the UK so far this year.
All this talk about how fantastic this phone looks shouldn't deter from the fact that this Smartphone has a lot of cool features to boost. The Sony Xperia S will support an amazing 4.3-inch 720 x 1280 HD touchscreen display, with a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, running the ever so popular Gingerbread software, which might disappoint some, but Sony has promised that Android 4.0 is coming soon.

What else is under the hood? Well the Smartphone includes a massive 12 mega-pixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, 1080p video capabilities, integrated NFC, HSDA, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The Mobile Phone also comes with 16GB of built-in storage for your media.
Information on release dates are not available as of yet, but we'll keep you updated on the latest deals as they become available.
