It has been a long time coming, but finally it looks like the wait is over! Well not totally because this is only a beta release, but it is a step forward. It is now possible to browse and watch the full catalogue from YouTube on your Nokia S60 device. For so long we have been waiting for a solution to watching YouTube clips on our Mobile Phones. Apple released the Apple iPhone that had the capability, but what about all those Nokia S60 fans out there that have been craving for this feature?! Well there is now a beta release of YT Player from Samir which will allow you to watch YouTube videos on our Nokia S60 devices!
The application works by installing the new Flash Lite Player and installing the YT Player as described above. Jay from Nokia Nseries Blog has installed this application on his Nokia N82. Check out his blog for screenshots and installation guide.

Finally! I can't wait to watch the youtube videos on my n82. :) Add CellSpin *it allows one to post to Youtube, Myspace, Facebook, etc... with the easiest and simplest free software their videos, photos, audio, and messages* and you have the complete YouTube solution. I wonder if the Flash Lite player will be able to be installed on over 300 phones just as CellSpin allows.
