O2 launched their new O2 Priority Moments service last week, which allows users to claim exclusive offers from brands such as Odeon, Westfield, Fitness First and Eurostar. Foursquare may be leading the way in bargain hunting, especially on a mobile device, but O2 are determined to make a big impact in this sector with a their new Priority Moments service.
O2 Priority Moments uses your mobile phones GPS feature to locate nearby offers and it's also compatible on virtually any handset! You would either use a dedicated app, or you can access the service via your mobiles we browser.
O2 Priority Moments is available to O2 customers only and is a free service. To start using the service simply:
- Text "moments" to 2020
- O2 will send you a link. If you’re using an iPhone or Android handset, this link will take you to an app download page. If you're using any other device, this link will direct you to a dedicated Priority Moments website on your mobile phone web browser
- Accept the terms and conditions or download the app
- Your mobile phone will now automatically detect the nearest offers to you using your phone's GPS feature
- Just click on a deal you like to view more details, then you can view a map to see the location of the nearest participating shop and to download the voucher
- You don't have to use the voucher straight there and then, you can save it for later, but just make sure you claim before the expiry date!
- Show your voucher in the store and you're all set!
Both the Android and iPhone apps are available to download now from your Mobile Phone.
