Courtesy of a member of the XDA Developers forum, there are some images available online of what looks to be a prototype of the forthcoming HTC Holiday Smartphone. Not surprising, the thread has now been removed, but the pictures still remain in cyberspace!
The Pictures of the prototype were published on the forum by a member called 'Slashgear', who posted images of the Smartphone (HTC Holiday) with a California sticker on the back and a cracked screen. The phone also seems to a tapered edge with a thin bezel. The pictures are not a lot to go on, but it looks like the phone has a 4.5-inch qHD touchscreen, which is larger than the display currently used in the HTC Desire HD and the Sensation, which both sport a 4.3-inch display.

It's hard to really get an idea of the specs when you're looking at a picture, but we've done some digging around, and managed to gather together some possible specs for the HTC Holiday:
- A possible Dual Core Snapdragon Processor (1.2GHz)
- 1GB RAM
- 1.3 megapixel front facing camera
- 8.0 megapixel rear camera
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth 3.0
The rumour is that the HTC Holiday will be HTC's answer to the up and coming Apple iPhone 5. There is no information on when this Smartphone will be released in the UK, but we think that we might be seeing it at around October to go with the iPhone 5 launch.
