A few weeks ago Vodafone officially announced their very-own branded Android smartphone called the Vodafone Smart. It was meant to be sold cheap, I mean really cheap! So we weren't surprised to see the price tag on this device.
Whether you think it's cheap or not, it's now available to buy from Vodafone. With a price tag set at £60 on Pay As You Go, I would have to agree with the masses here and admit that it is a very nice Cheap Smartphone.
The Vodafone Smart has a 2.8-inch capacitive touchscreen, a 2.0 Megapixel camera, a 528 MHz processor, microSD support, 130 MB of internal storage, Wi-Fi, HSPA Bluetooth, and GPS. The Smartphone is also running Android 2.2 Froyo. Not the best of specs, but then you are getting a brand spanking new Smartphone for £60 on PAYG. Good value for money if you ask me!
