It looks like the Nokia N9 will be available in the UK. Retail giant Expansys have started listing the Nokia N9 on their UK website.
There were massive rumours floating around the internet not so long ago about the possibility of the N9 skipping the UK. It was thought that Nokia would be putting all their efforts into their new Windows Phone 7 range.
These rumours seem to be untrue, as the Nokia N9 is available to pre-order from Expansys. There hasn't been any information on a release date, or any confirmed pricing, but it's most probably going to feature at around the £599.98 mark for the 16GB model, and possibly £699.98 for the 32GB. The word around the web is that the handset will be available mid-September.
The Nokia N9 boosts the MeeGo operating system, which features a great UI experience with a all new 'swipe gestures', and three main homescreens; Social Networking, Applications and Open Applications. The N9 also features a 1GHz Ti OMAP3630 processor, 8 megapixel camera with 720p video, and a fabulous 3.9-inch curved AMOLED screen.
Check it out on Expansys.
