Samsung have announced that the Samsung Galaxy S Plus is now available to pre-order on Vodafone. The offical release date is still to be confirmed but Vodafone promise it'll be soon.
What you get with the new Galaxy S Plus is a slightly cheaper version of Samsung's ever popular Samsung Galaxy S 2. Just because it's cheaper, it doesn't mean it lacks in features and power. This new handset has a 1.4GHz single-core processor and it powers the handsets 4 inch Super AMOLED touch screen, a 5 megapixel camera and 8GB of internal memory. It also runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and Samsung's interface, TouchWiz.
According to Vodafone - “The stunning 4 inch touchscreen makes watching movies and playing games even more enjoyable. with an enhanced battery life – 24% better than the Samsung GALAXY S - means you don’t have to cut your enjoyment short.”
The Samsung Galaxy Plus is available to pre-order now for free on tariffs from £31.00. You'll get 600 minutes, unlimited texts, 500MB of data and 2GB BT Openzone WiFi access.
