Yesterday the FCC approved the Sony Ericsson W960i. Now we know that handsets being FCC approved doesn’t mean that the handset will be released in the UK, but I think it is a safe bet that the Sony Ericsson W960i will be released in the UK and it will be taken by at 3 of the big 5 networks.
The Sony Ericsson W960i is the latest Symbian UIQ 3.0 based smartphone to be annouched by Sony Ericsson. The W960i features Wi-Fi 802.11b, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP, 3G, a 3.15 megapixel camera, TrackID music recognition with Walkman Touch player. I tell you what, it's top of my Christmas shopping list :)
