It looks like Vodafone will be the first UK network to be stocking the White Samsung Galaxy S2. It's also thought that the Mobile Phone will be available as early as September on Vodafone, with the other UK networks to follow. There hasn't been information on a possible exclusive deal for Vodafone, so I would guess that the other networks should be making pre orders available pretty soon.
A Vodafone representative said this to SoMobile earlier:
"Yes, we will be getting the white Galaxy S2."
There are no details on how much the handset will cost, but we're confident that the pricing for the White Galaxy S 2 will pretty much reflex the same pricing as the current Samsung Galaxy S2. If this is the case, then you'll easily pickup the White Galaxy S2 for free on a £36.00 tariff, including 1200 minutes, unlimited text messages and 750MB of mobile data.
The White Galaxy S II will pretty much match the Black Samsung Galaxy S2 feature wise. This does mean that the handset will boost the same 1.2GHz dual-core processor and the same 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus Touchscreen, Add to this the slick Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS and an 8.0 mega-pixel rear-facing camera, then you're got yourself a nice alternative to the While iPhone 4.
